Abstract

In the contemporary global economy, social justice and sustainable development require achieving gender equality and women’s empowerment. This research explores the complex relationships between economic resilience, women’s empowerment, and gender equality. It sets out on an extensive exploration that includes theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and policy assessments in order to reveal the intricate processes that promote women’s resilience and economic empowerment. The study’s main focus is on how women’s empowerment is accelerated by economic resiliency. Women with economic resilience are more equipped to overcome barriers, take advantage of opportunities, and deal with financial difficulties. Essential elements like having access to funds, job openings, education, and support networks are closely examined because of their critical function in determining women’s economic autonomy and capacity for making decisions. Furthermore, the study thoroughly examines how institutional frameworks and gender-responsive policies contribute to the development of a supportive environment for women in leadership and the workforce. This study, which draws on interdisciplinary viewpoints from the fields of economics, sociology, and gender studies, provides insightful information about how economic resilience supports more general objectives of social inclusion and gender equality. The study provides insights into tactics and interventions that might effectively support women’s economic resilience, eliminate structural imbalances, and promote inclusive economic growth by analysing the interconnections between economic resilience and women’s empowerment. The study clarifies the ways in which economic resilience can be used to further women’s empowerment and gender equality by fusing actual data with theoretical concepts. The survey also emphasises how critical it is to take a comprehensive strategy to addressing the various obstacles women confront in their pursuit of gender equality and economic development. This research is a useful tool for stakeholders, practitioners, and policymakers who support women’s empowerment. The study advocates for transformative action to advance women’s empowerment and promote inclusive development pathways by highlighting the importance of implementing comprehensive strategies that acknowledge the interconnectedness of gender equality, women’s empowerment, and economic resilience. This study’s conclusion emphasises the vital role that economic resilience plays in achieving women’s equality and empowerment. The report provides insightful information for policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders that aim to advance gender equality and create inclusive and resilient societies by clarifying the intricate relationships between gender equality, women’s empowerment, and economic resilience. The study is to contribute to the development of a more just, egalitarian, and resilient future for everybody through focused interventions and policy initiatives.
