I am going to review on A book which is Borof Gola Nodi. Firstly, I am going to talk about the book Borof Gola Nodi. This Wonderful book Borof Gola Nodi is written by Jahir Rayhan. The Discussion of this book is on our Bangladeshi social perspective. In this book, Jahir Rayhan Portrays the life of a lower middle- class family, the life of a woman in our social perspective and the harder job life of a man and also the colonized society. Here Jahir Rayhan portrays a young lady named Mariam who is from a middle -class family. This story proceeds with the miserable life of Mariam and her family. Mariam’s family has six members. Mariam’s father is a 3rd class government officer. His income is not too much. They lived in a broken house. Every day they are suffering from their miserable life, especially on rainy days, it’s really hard to survive for their broken house. At the end of the story, they all died except Mahmud(Mariam’s brother) because of the broken house. Secondly, Jahir Ryhan discusses the life of a woman from our social perspective. Mariam is married to a man named Mansur. He is a Rich man. He is very good to her and also loves her. After married, when he learns about Zayed(his Ex-lover), he is very angry with her. He didn’t believe her. Also, Mariam’s brother Mahmud says why don’t you marry Mansur? He is a rich man. If I am a girl like you, my life would be better. Thirdly, the writer describes the job life of a man. Mariam’s brother Mansur can not get a job because he has no power. He is from a lower-middle-class family. Here the writer portrays a colonized society. So this is the review of the book Borof Gola Nodi By Jahir Rayhan. Books are our good friends, so we must read books daily.
